West University Envelope & Interior Refresh
Whole Home · West University, Houston · 2025
A storm-season roof and exterior refresh so the interior remodel could start under a sound envelope — the family stayed on the street they already loved.
West University lots do not hide a tired roof. After a spring storm, the owners had a claim conversation and a kitchen they still wanted to do. They were not leaving the street. We insisted the envelope go first.
A Houston whole-home conversation should include ventilation, flashing at the chimneys this neighborhood loves, and what the rooms underneath need once the dumpster leaves. We replaced the roof, fixed the gutters that were watering the foundation, and painted so the house did not look like it was waiting for the next project.
