Garden Oaks Primary Suite
Bath · Garden Oaks, Houston · 2024
A primary bath and closet carved from a wasted sitting room — more ease at 6:30 a.m. in the house the family already loved.
This Garden Oaks house had a pretty sitting room no one sat in and a bath that felt like 1988. The owners were staying. We spent the square footage on a primary suite they would use every morning.
The shower is generous; we skipped the tub after walking how this household actually bathes. Moisture details follow the same rules as our Montrose primary bath.
